Being with Helen Hoehne, Barbaros Tapan, experiencing these things with them is a wonderful feeling, I am very happy to be here. We had a wonderful day on the boat, we went to many bays. I am happy, we had a great time. I am grateful and honored for the support that the Golden Globe has given to my work for years, which also supports my voice in philanthropic issues.”

“I grew up in a very small town”
Sharon Stone, who has written her name in world cinema with her unforgettable roles, was awarded the International Icon Award. Expressing that the award meant a lot to her, she said, “I grew up in a very small town in Pennsylvania. That town was so small that there weren’t even any traffic lights, and kids used to go to school on tractors. I could never have imagined going to distant countries like Turkey, meeting warm-hearted and kind people like you, and seeing the magnificent beauty of this country.”
Stone said, “I am grateful and honored for the support the Golden Globes have given to my work over the years, which also supports my voice in philanthropic matters. It is meaningful that organizations like the Globes want to recognize the global industry and give this award to different parts of the world, starting in Turkey.” – MUĞLA
