Sergio Luis Rodríguez touched hearts at the launch of Fiesta Celestial

Beautiful and emotional, this is how the launch event of the twenty-seventh version of Fiesta Celestial was described. On this occasion, accordion player Sergio Luis Rodríguez made a special presentation and touched hearts with his singing.

Accompanied by the voices of Samuel Pérez and Luisfer Moreno, the renowned musician gave the scoop with his group Los Elegidos and changed his melody and the lyrics of his songs to worship God with his talent.

The event took place in the Macondo auditorium of the Andean Area University Foundation, and also had as a special purpose the launch of the children’s group contest with the presence of little José Daniel Rodríguez Ustariz along with a group of small artists.

The Celestial Fiesta Anthem “La Fiesta más Bonita” was performed by Andrés Martínez and Diana López, with the accordion of Carlos José ‘Calata’ Mendoza and Wilber Mendoza, along with the Cejes church dance group.

“It was a very emotional event, I appreciate God’s support and the support of all the attendees, the authorities, the musicians, pastors and journalists, with Fiesta Celestial, we have brought joy to many people, it has been a platform for many musicians, but Above all, we have exalted God,” said Pastor Damarys Oñate, president pastor of the Cejes Church.

Fiesta Celestial was founded by Pastor Ángel Flórez and his wife Damarys Oñate, it is a contest for unpublished songs and Christian vallenato music groups and in this version it will be held from April 28 to 30 at the Rodolfo Campo Soto school coliseum in Comfacesar.
