4 districts will be affected by the new water cut that Sedapal has been announced, because construction continues and affects these districts, this new cut will have one by one period up to 12 hours. The districts of Santiago de Surco, La Molina, Pachacámac, Lurigancho will be those affected over the course of those days.

Sedapal teams will be working at specific times in the affected areas, with the aim of resolving this new outage as soon as possible.

Construction in some districts sometimes seems to be a pretext occasionally used by the drinking water company. For many people, having their water cut off is very uncomfortable, especially for housewives since it delays them in their household chores when the water has been cut off during the week, but the fact that this time they do it is final. of the week, the day when many people are at home, is even more annoying.

To check if your home or area will be affected by the upcoming water cuts in Lima, visit the Sedapal website. Looking for a green banner at the top that says “Interruption of drinking water service” and click on it. A new window called Query of areas affected by scheduled interruptions will be displayed. Select the option “go to the service” o “check the water cuts.” You will be redirected to an interactive interface with a map indicating the districts that will experience water service cuts, scheduled to begin on Friday, October 6.

Once on the site, simply enter your address or the first seven figures of your supply number into the search bar to check if your home will be impacted. The system will mark the areas with different colors depending on the estimated duration of the cut in each zone: Yellow interruptions of less than 24 hours, melon interruptions of less than 48 hours and red interruptions between 48 and 96 hours.
