“It must be noted that we cannot judge because looking at it from the point of view, there was a maternal responsibility and there is an omission, because if as a father I have a child I must watch over him, guide him and guide him. Here the mother supposedly let the girl out without noticing her, without the pertinent security measures because she said that the person who died was her friend,” Vázquez said in an interview with Foro TV.

The head of the Security Secretariat reported that the day Camila’s mother went to file a disappearance report, she was not provided with adequate information, and It was the early morning of this Holy Thursday that they located the body of the minor in black bags on the Taxco-Cuernavaca highway.

According to the first reports, the girl left her house because she was invited to play. Minutes later, the mother received calls asking for a large financial sum to rescue the little girl.

Doroteo Vázquez assured that “there are investigation protocols” and that the security elements should not break the “rule of law.” He also said that the police tried by all means to protect the integrity of the alleged perpetrators.However, the people were so angry that they took matters into their own hands.
