After a complete week of disputes and protests by residents, on Sunday the Metropolitan Directorate of Inside Affairs (SDVR) introduced that the brand new group of visitors across the Nationwide Palace of Tradition was not agreed with the division.
The Metropolitan Municipality has not submitted the undertaking with the related sketches and drawings associated to the brand new group of visitors alongside “Vitosha”, “Patriarch Euthymius” and “Fritjof Nansen” boulevards to the “Visitors Police” division for approval, in keeping with a press launch of Ministry of the Inside.
From there, they specify that it is a requirement laid down in a regulatory act of the Ministry of Regional Growth and Public Works and Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of October 24, 2022 for organizing visitors on roads open to public use.
The Ministry of the Inside factors out that solely after the conciliation process is accomplished, the visitors group undertaking is legalized.
