Scientists Claim to Find Clues to the Apocalypse! The sun will magnify 100 times, when?

The sun-death event is predicted to occur in five billion years.

Again quoting the same channel, the Sun, together with the Solar System, is approximately 4.5 billion years old. This is equivalent to about a third of the age of the entire universe. In the next billion years the sun will shine brighter.

Perhaps paradoxically, this phenomenon will ultimately result in the loss of carbon dioxide into the Earth’s atmosphere and lead to the extinction of all living things on the planet.

In the next 2.5-3 billion years, calculated from now, the Earth’s surface temperature will exceed the boiling point of water in all directions.

In about 4 to 5 billion years, Earth will be in worse shape than Venus is today. Most of the water is lost and the surface melts.

Eventually, the Sun will evolve into a red giant star, large enough to “swallow” the Earth. Its luminosity (the total energy emitted by stars, galaxies and other celestial bodies per unit time) will increase by several thousand times its current brightness.
