Saudi Arabia: Air ambulance provided for medical assistance to Pakistani laborers

A Pakistani laborer fell 12 meters while working from an under-construction building in Saudi Arabia and was provided medical assistance by air ambulance.

When the colleagues of the Pakistani laborer called the emergency department, the ambulance could not arrive due to the rush on the roads, but instead the air ambulance was sent in the form of a helicopter.

Emergency personnel shifted the injured Pakistani to King Fahd Hospital within 15 minutes.

A Yemeni citizen not only made a video of this rescue operation, but also made an interesting comment while paying tribute to the excellent service of Saudi Arabia.

‘He fell from a height of 12 meters and because of the crowd, the air ambulance was called and it arrived in 15 minutes and saved his life,’ the Yemeni man says in the background of the video.

Users of social networking websites have commented extensively on the video and the comments made in it.

In the video, the Yemeni resident further commented that ‘Allah is the guardian of this work. Allah is the king of all humanity. Allah belongs to the rulers of Saudi Arabia, its people and its army. God is with this amazing faithfulness. Yemeni added that this helicopter reached here in just 15 minutes.

The Yemeni citizen said that ‘one of our Pakistani comrades fell from a height of only 12 meters and he is not a Saudi citizen, not a prince, not a minister, not an official, not a businessman, but a Pakistani resident. After the accident, we informed the ambulance and an air ambulance was dispatched to evacuate and transport the Pakistani laborer due to the rush on Al Haramain Road in Jeddah. This Pakistani was transferred to King Fahd Hospital by helicopter.

The Yemeni commentator added: ‘Gentlemen, let me talk about this loyalty. Tell me any European country or any of the neighboring countries that send an air ambulance to help a Pakistani laborer in less than 15 minutes. It is called compassion and loyalty to humanity.’
