Sattu Paratha, healthy to eat, recipe

Life Style: Sattu Paratha is a staple food of the Bihar region of India. This ingredient is known for its health benefits, especially in providing strength to the body. Let’s take a look at the ingredients required for paratha.
Material:
for stuffing
2 cups roasted gram
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 onions, medium size, finely chopped
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
3 green chillies, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tbsp red chilli pickle filling
salt to taste
2 tbsp mustard oil
oil for frying
for flour
2 cups wheat flour
2 spoons ghee
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery
Method
To make Sattu, grind roasted gram in a mixer.
– Mix all the filling ingredients with Sattu and add 1 to 2 spoons of water so that the stuffing becomes wet and easy to fill.
For dough:
– Mix wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon celery, ghee and salt, water as required and knead a soft dough.
To make Sattu Paratha:
– Divide the dough into small parts.
– Place about 2 tablespoons in the center, surround the filling and remove excess dough. Then roll the paratha.
