SAT extends hours for the Annual Declaration; These are the days and requirements

MEXICO CITY (process.com.mx).— The Tax Administration Service announced the extension of service hours so that legal entities can comply with the requirement of submitting their annual declaration.

The agency recalled that the 28th and 29th (Holy Thursday and Good Friday) are non-working days, so, for any questions or clarifications, it recommended approaching the service modules.

The opening hours at the SAT offices will be extended from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on March 25, 26, and 27, as well as on April 1, 2024, the tax authority reported.

“This measure aims to ensure that taxpayers comply in a timely manner with this tax obligation, whose last day to present it is April 1, 2024,” he noted.

Requirements

To present the 2023 Annual Declaration of legal entities, it is necessary to have:

  • RFC y e.company
  • Information on the amounts of income, deductions, profit coefficient, withheld taxes, provisional payments, among others.
  • An electronic banking service to make electronic transfers.

The SAT indicated that it is advisable to be up to date with the declarations of provisional payments, annual ISR declarations from previous years, declarations of withholdings of payments made for lease, fees, Simplified Trust Regime (RESICO) of natural persons, salaries and wages, assimilated and dividends, “since the information is pre-loaded in the annual declaration.”
