This Tuesday morning the Santos Laguna Club announced the end of its broadcasts with the Fox Deportes television network.
Through a statement on social networks, the Orlegi group club thanked the sports network for working hand in hand for 5 years broadcasting the Santos Laguna Club matches.

In the midst of the bad streak that the Lagunero club is facing after being eliminated from Clausura 2024, Santos Laguna and Disney seem to have reached an agreement in which ‘they were on good terms’.
What happens between Santos Laguna and Disney?
According to case 20STCV49367 in the Los Angeles court, the La Laguna club sued the Mickey Mouse company for four reasons. One is for breach of contract, another for breach of agreement in good faith, in addition to fraudulent manipulation and also for malicious interference with the contract.
The context is clear. For broadcast rights in both Mexico and the United States with Fox Sports, a television station that was acquired by The Walt Disney Company, Santos Laguna received income of 14 million dollars annually.
But Santos Laguna alleged that two clauses that appear in the contract were not fulfilled and that is where the legal dispute originated.
