Digital Desk, New Delhi. Amid the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, a major agreement has been reached between the two countries on Saturday. Let us tell you, both the countries have released 230 soldiers held captive by each other. According to the report, 115-115 soldiers held captive between the two countries have been released. The exchange of soldiers between these two countries was being mediated by the United Arab Emirates. Giving information about this exchange, Ukrainian President Zelensky gave it through a post on his social media. In his social media post, President Zelensky shared a picture of the returning soldiers and wrote, ‘115 more of our defenders have returned home today. These are warriors of the National Guard, Armed Forces, Navy and State Border Guard Service. We miss everyone. We are looking for them and making every effort to bring them back. I am grateful to each unit that replenishes our exchange fund. This helps in the release of our military personnel and civilians from Russian captivity. I thank our team and partners, the UAE, for bringing our people back home.’
