Rosalía creates a company for events, concerts and shows

The Spanish Rosalía, one of the most successful and most awarded singers in Latin music, registered a new company this Monday, this time dedicated to organizing shows.

Racinetas Productions SL is listed in the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry in Spain with the corporate purpose of organization, promotion and production of all types of events, shows, concerts and cultural activities.

The address of the singer’s new company, of which her mother, Pilar Tobella, is the sole administrator, is located in Hospitalet de Llobregat, a neighboring city of Barcelona (Spain), with a share capital of 3,000 euros.

The sole partner is Motomami SL, the family business created in 2019 with which the successful artist, her mother and her sister Pilar are in charge of the bureaucratic and administrative aspects of her musical career.

Last February it registered Tresmamis SL, also based in Hospitalet de Llobregat, for the purpose of real estate promotion, construction, purchase, sale and lease.

Rosalía Vila Tobella (San Cugat del Vallés, 1992) has accumulated numerous awards throughout her career, including Grammy, Latin Grammy, several of them in 2023 for her album ‘Motomami’, Billboard, MTV, Los 40 and Latin American Music , both in Europe and America, with successful tours on both continents and collaborations with Latin artists of different styles, from pop and rock to reggaeton and urban music.
