For his part, Alejandro Gutiérrez Gutiérrez, president of the National Chamber of the Processing Industry (Canacintra) in Torreón, pointed out that Israel is fundamental in terms of sending inputs from the agricultural sector to Mexico, which could also have a derived impact. of the war conflict faced in said region.

“If the issue progresses, it may be that yes, at this moment we have not seen any impact yet,” he said.

He highlighted the use of inputs for irrigation and fertilizers, aspects where Israel is very strong, but reiterated that the consequences of this situation have not yet been seen, so if there were an escalation in terms of the war, the lack of supply of other supplies would be evident. issues in the countries involved.
