What you will need:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 300 ml of plain yogurt
- 2 cups semi-coarse flour
- 1 baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 500 g rebarbory
- grease for wiping and coarse flour for pouring out the mold
On a small scale:
- 150 g coarse flour
- 70 g of butter
- 70 g of granulated sugar
Approach:
1. In a bowl, beat the whole eggs with half a cup of granulated sugar into a light foam. Gradually add oil, yogurt and finally flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
2. Peel the rhubarb stalks with a potato peeler, cut them into cubes and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
3. Pour the prepared dough onto a deep tray greased and sprinkled with flour and spread the rhubarb cubes evenly on it.
4. Mix coarse flour with chopped butter and sugar and rub everything with your fingers into crumbs. Pour it on the cake, put it in an oven heated to 175 °C and bake for approximately 35 minutes until golden.

What you will need:
- 3 eggs
- 90 g of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
- 100 g plain flour
- oil for wiping and coarse flour for pouring the mold
For the filling:
- 250 g of soft cottage cheese
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 80 g of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
- 250 ml whipping cream
To finish:
- 300 g of fresh strawberries
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- 1 handful of mint leaves
Approach:
1. Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar until foamy. Beat the egg whites until stiff, beat in the remaining sugar and mix the snow with the yolk foam. Finally, mix in the flour with the lemon zest in parts.
2. Spread the dough into a greased and filled square or rectangular mold, put it in an oven heated to 170 °C and bake for about 35 minutes. After a short cooling, remove the sponge cake from the mold and let it cool completely.
3. For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with vanilla and icing sugar and lemon zest. Then stir in the whipped cream. Next, prepare the peppermint sugar. Place the mint leaves and sugar in a mortar and pound well with a pestle. You can also blend them together, but only with a few short pulses. Wash the strawberries and cut them into quarters or eighths.
4. Spread the cottage cheese filling on the cooled sponge cake, add chopped strawberries and sprinkle them with peppermint sugar. Before serving, cut the sponge into slices.

What you will need:

- 130 g cane sugar
- 200 g plain flour
- 50 g of almond flour
- 1 spoon of cocoa
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 3 bananas
- 150 ml of kefir
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
Approach:
1. Beat the eggs with 80 g of caster sugar. Add plain and almond flour, cocoa, baking powder, one mashed banana and kefir. Whip the dough until smooth and fill a round cake tin lined with baking paper.
2. Cut the remaining bananas lengthwise and arrange them on the dough. Sprinkle them with the remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon and oatmeal, put the cake in an oven heated to 180 °C and bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden.
