JAKARTA – Indra Birowo tells the reason why he accepted the offer to play the character Pak Sudi in the series Pay Later. Indra revealed that he was interested in the script series Pay Later because it has the feel of a sitcom he hasn’t been in for a long time.

“When I read the script, it’s like a sitcom. It’s been a long time since I’ve played a sitcom with Aming. We basically like to joke around,” said Indra to the Vision+ team.

However, Indra emphasized that the comedy in this series does not focus on the funny behavior of the players, but rather how to build funny scenes.

“But this time it’s not about how the person is funny, but how we make the scene funny,” said Indra.

Indra happily describes his role as Pak Sudi, father of Tika (Amanda Manopo) and Umar (Fajar Sadboy). According to Indra, as head of the household and a father, Pak Sudi has a big role in making his family better.

“Pak Sudi’s role here is to ensure that the conflict doesn’t get big, the conflict between mother and child is under control, so it can remain well, then the conflict between Fajar who rarely goes to school, the main thing is to make the family remain harmonious,” explained Indra.

The Pay Later series tells the story of Tika, an employee who is in debt due to his hobby of shopping using the pay later system and has to deal with debt collectors. Who would have thought, Tika’s fate changed when she was offered to become a debt collector.
