This morning, many people gathered at Vinh Tuy bridge to witness a young man jumping from the bridge into the Red River.
On the afternoon of March 16, talking to reporters Dan Tri, Commander of Waterway Police Team No. 2 (Hanoi Traffic Police Department) said the above incident happened at 10:00 a.m. on the same day at Vinh Tuy Bridge (Hanoi).
Specifically, at the above time, Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 received information from people that at Vinh Tuy bridge, a person jumped from the bridge into the Red River and was then rescued by people on a boat.

After receiving the news, the authorities dispatched an ambulance to give first aid to the victim, then took him to Thanh Nhan hospital.
According to the police, the victim is Mr. LVL (born 2001), a student at a university in Hanoi.
Previously, there was a stir on social networks about a young man leaving his motorbike on Vinh Tuy bridge and then jumping into the river. A large number of curious people stood on the bridge to watch.
