This Monday, March 11, President Gabriel Boric inaugurated a new section for the fastest train in South Americawhich runs from Santiago to the city of Talca.

The service will begin operating on March 14 with six daily frequencies, but ticket sales will begin today with a promotional rate ranging from $8.500.
On January 19, the Santiago-Curicó section had been inaugurated, whose transfer time is a little more than two hours.
These trains reach a speed of 160 kilometers per hour and have a capacity of 236 passengers, In addition, it has great technology.
The inauguration of this new section goes with the EFE Project for modernization of the service that aims destination the city of Chillán, in the Biobío region.
Likewise, the line includes the improvement of 11 stations: San Bernardo, Rancagua, San Fernando, Curicó (reconstruction), Molina, Talca, San Javier, Linares, Parral, San Carlos and Chillán.
