Rajma Pulao: Make Tasty Rajma Pulao Bada for Dinner

Rajma Pulao Recipe : Most people say that what to make for dinner is always a question. Material
– One cup of rice
– In a cup of Raj
– Tomato
– ½ onion
– One teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
– Cumin
– Turmeric
– Salt
– red chilli
– Coriander
– Garam Masala
– black pepper
– cinnamon
– Cloves
– Coriander
– 1 tsp Desi Ghee

To make Rajma Pulao, first clean the Rajma and wash it with two waters and soak it in water at around 8 in the morning.
At least you have to soak it in this solution for 7 to 8 hours.
Before making the pulao, boil the kidney beans for 10 minutes.
● Then take rice and wash it twice with water and soak it in water for 20 minutes so that the grains become soft.
After all this is done, finely chop the onion and tomato.
● Now take a pressure cooker and heat ghee in it.
When the ghee is hot, add dry spices including cumin, cloves, black pepper and let it cook for some time.
When the spices start emitting aroma, add finely chopped onion and fry it till it becomes light brown.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

When the tomatoes become a little soft, add kidney beans to it and let it cook for at least 1 minute.
Then add spices including red chilli, coriander, salt and mix all these things well.
Now add the soaked rice and mix it gently with the help of a big spoon.
Finally add coriander and 2 cups of water and close the lid of the cooker.
Turn off the gas after two whistles.
After the pressure of the cooker is released, open the lid and stir the pulao with a spoon.
So delicious Rajma Pulao is ready.
