Rain: three regions of Bosnia-Herzegovina are under strong landslide alert

The Central-South, West and Barreiro regions of Belo Horizonte are on red alert due to the risk of landslides. The North-West and East regions are on moderate alert.

The Civil Protection geological risk alert is valid until Monday (8/1). During this period the Municipality recommends paying attention to the degree of soil saturation, construction signs and to pay attention to crumbling walls, landslides and collapses.

Cracks in walls, pooling water in the yard, sticking doors and windows, cracks in the ground, water undermining the base of the ravine, leaning poles or trees, leaning walls and walls are signs of landslides.

If you observe one of these signs, immediately leave your property and call the Civil Protection (199) and in case of emergency call the Military Fire Brigade (193).

In Pampulha it has already rained 50% of what was expected
