Raffi Ahmad’s Sister Nisya Sues Husband for Divorce at South Jakarta Religious Court

JAKARTA – Sister Raffi Ahmad Nisya Ahmad sued her husband, Andika Rosadi, for divorce. Nisya filed for divorce at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) via e-court.

Nisya Ahmad sued Andika for divorce to the South Jakarta PA since May 10, 2024. This was right before Raffi Ahmad’s younger brother left for the Hajj pilgrimage with his family some time ago.

The news of Nisya’s divorce suit was confirmed directly by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah.

“It is true that the person concerned has registered his case at the South Jakarta Religious Court clerk’s office on May 10, 2024,” said Taslimah as quoted from the LK Media YouTube channel, Wednesday (31/7/2024).

Taslimah explained that Nisya and Andika’s first divorce hearing was held on May 30, 2024. However, the trial was held online.

“It has been (held) because this case was registered via e-court, so the trial process is also via e-litigation. So the reply-answer process has already taken place,” he explained.

“First, peace continues with mediation, continuing with replies and duplicates, and the last duplicate was yesterday on July 25, 2024,” he continued.

In her lawsuit, Nisya did not agree to child custody and marital property rights.

Meanwhile, Raffi’s younger sibling’s divorce trial will be held again on Thursday (1/8/2024) with the agenda of evidence. Both Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi are required to attend the trial.
