You need:

  • 100 ml of wine vinegar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 g of granulated sugar

Cream soup

You need:

  • 2 bunches of radishes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 800 ml of vegetable broth
  • 4 potatoes
  • 250 ml of cream
  • pepper, salt

Preparation:

Chop the onion and sauté it in butter. Pour in the vegetable stock and add the diced potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are tender. Then take them out and mix together with the chopped radishes and a clove of garlic. Add the puree to the broth, season with salt and pepper. Add the cream at the end.
