Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned the West against allowing Ukraine to use Western weapons to attack inside Russia. On Tuesday (May 28), he said NATO members in Europe are playing with fire. He warned that their actions could create a risk of global conflict. British news agency Reuters reported this news.
The Ukraine-Russia war was the deadliest war in Europe since World War II. It has been going on for more than two years. The West has grappled with how to stop Russia’s military advance in this war. Putin has warned that there is an increasing risk of world war. He said, ‘It’s hard to say—do they want a global conflict?’
Putin said Ukraine would need Western satellites, intelligence and military support if it wanted to attack Russia with long-range weapons. And so the West will be directly involved with the country. Putin also warned that the move to send French troops to Ukraine would undoubtedly increase the risk of a global conflict.
Speaking to NATO members in Europe, Putin said smaller countries “should be aware of what they are playing with”. Because, their land is small and population density is high. “This is something they should keep in mind before they talk about attacking inside Russian territory,” Putin said.
