For example, the problem of getting your deposit back before changing auction information. “We made a deposit but suddenly you changed it, I don’t want it anymore, what are the rules if I get this money back? I have the right to change because you changed the information, I have the right to change my decision “, Mr. Hue asked.

“The spirit of the Government’s submission and the viewpoint of the Ministry of Justice is that we do not require all public assets to go through this software,” Mr. Long said.

Regarding the civil aspect, the Minister of Justice believes that people with property have the right to choose, they should not be forced to choose one or the other.

“Right now there are about 10-15 of these pages that people are working on. If I do it later, it won’t necessarily be better. If I use an administrative measure to tell people to use my page better, it will be difficult,” he said. Long said that would violate the principles of competition law.
