Minister Uraloğlu stated that the design work would be completed in the last quarter of 2024 and the assembly phase would begin, and announced that after the completion of the factory static tests in the National High Speed Train Project, it would be put on the rails in 2025 and dynamic road tests would be conducted.
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu made statements regarding the ongoing construction of the local and national high-speed train. Minister Uraloğlu stated that the high-speed trains, which were produced entirely with local and national resources, were designed to be highly comfortable and said that they were nearing the end of the design processes in the National High-Speed Train Project.
Minister Uraloğlu, who emphasized that the National High-Speed Train Project is a very important step for Turkey’s future, underlined that Turkey has become a self-sufficient country in the production of railway vehicles. Minister Uraloğlu said, “Our investments in transportation and infrastructure continue to bear fruit. Turkey has now become a country that designs, produces and develops technology in railways.” Reminding that they started passenger services on May 27, 2023 with the National Electric Train Sets, Minister Uraloğlu said, “After our National Electric Train, we are also building our National High-Speed Train.
