In response to a complaint received from the mayor’s office of Santa Tecla, in La Libertad, the Vice Ministry of Transportation (VMT) applied 10 fines to the driver of a pick-up with P 45 D7A plates for various violations, for which he must pay $434.30.

On the other hand, the VMT managers sanctioned a driver on route 3, whose brake lights did not work in the western area. However, upon receiving the note, the motorist tore the sheet and threw it away, for which he was charged with two traffic violations.
