How to perform the Power Walk well?
The plan is simple. The goal is to achieve 7,500 steps a day and end with brisk walks for a period that will increase as the month goes by.
Every day you should start with the basic steps already mentioned. Then the first week you take four 10-minute walks at fast steps, the second week you add two minutes, the third it should be 15 minutes in total and for the last week you should achieve 18 minutes after having completed the basic steps.
Walk with your back upright and keep your abdomen firm so as not to lose your posture. In addition, you must have your head straight and looking forward. Raise the tips of your feet slightly so that you support the entire sole with each step. You also need walking shoes, which have a cushioning system that distributes weight.
