Pothen esches / Fiasco with the declarations – They bring an extension because the platform has not been opened

The declaration submission process is headed for a “wreck”. “where are you from” for 2024 as circles of the Ministry of Justice reported today that it will be given three-month extension.

Consequently, the platform for submission of declarations from about the initially liable remains open until June 30, 2024 and in the event that a new extension is given for those obliged to submit declarations from any source, the extension also covers those who are initially obliged to submit declarations.

The message on the website for the 2023 financial statements (2022 fiscal year) specifically states: The submission of the 2023 financial statements (2022 fiscal year), it will be done in the new application NEVER which will incorporate the provisions of Law 5026/2023. There will be a further announcement regarding the availability of the new POTHEN application, as well as the deadline for submitting these statements.
