Positions of Kazakhstani tennis players announced in the ATP world ranking

The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) has released an updated version of the ranking of athletes in singles and doubles, Liter.kz reports with reference to Sports.kz.

The Italian retained the title of the world’s number one tennis player Jannik Sinneron the second line remains Alexander Zverev from Germany, the third is a Spanish tennis player Carlos Alcaraz.

Kazakhstan’s number one tennis player Alexander Bublik still occupies the 27th place, Alexander Shevchenko lost one position and became 58th. Mikhail Kukushkin moved up eight lines, taking 112th place. Dmitry Popko moved up one position to 179th. Beybit Zhukaev and Timofey Skatov improved their position by three notches each, becoming 197th and 198th, respectively.

In doubles, the first place is still occupied by the Spaniard Marcel Granollers and Argentine Horacio Ceballosthe third position belongs to Mate Paviču from Croatia.

The best of Kazakhstan’s representatives in the “doubles” Alexander Nedovyesov remained at 57th place. Bublik rose from 121st to 120th place. Andrey Golubev lost two places and placed 190th.
