TANGERANG – Appearance Miss Indonesia 2022 Audrey Vanessa while attending World Environment Day at Global Jaya School (GJS), Tangerang, Wednesday (5/6/2024) stole the attention. Because, she looks beautiful wearing environmentally friendly batik.

Audrey Vanessa wearing a light brown batik tunic top. Batik is made from raw materials or remaining materials and uses natural materials. These raw materials will undergo a repeated production process to reduce the amount of waste so that it is environmentally friendly.

“Today is very special because this is actually eco fashion. If we look, this is actually batik, but the dye used is natural dye, so they don’t use chemical dyes, and they use natural ingredients to create this brown color,” said Audrey at GJS, Tangerang, Wednesday (5/6/2024).

On this occasion, Audrey revealed that in this day and age, it is important to start sorting out a fashion product. One of them is by prioritizing products that use environmentally friendly materials.

“And of course eco fashion and eco materials used in a product are very important. So maybe we are starting to implement a sustainable lifestyle, so when we see a product we should research it first. “Is this eco-friendly material or not,” he explained.

Apart from starting to implement eco fashion in her daily appearance, Audrey herself really loves Indonesian literature. Because of this, he often uses it at every opportunity.
