The instrumentalist Pop Show, who recently participated in the 1st Angolan instrumental urban popular music concert, highlighted the importance of the event, for the recovery of national cultural and musical values.
One of the many “veteran” instrumentalists who participated in the event, the guitarist, described the concert as a starting point for the preservation and rescue of national cultural values.
“Just one concert is not enough, there must be more concerts and in different places in our country”these.
On the other hand, the artist highlighted the weak commitment of youth to recovering African and, above all, national cultural values.
“Unfortunately, the new generations are following other paths, but the older ones need to show which path they should follow”he stated.
Despite not being in perfect physical condition, as a result of an injury to one of his hands, Pop Show was present at the show and made his contribution in what was the first concert of a program, which should mark the search for the preservation of values and tributes to some artists who did a lot for national music.
