The trial of Dilan and Engin Polat couple continued within the scope of the case filed regarding the shooting of social media phenomenon Banu Parlak’s beauty center. At the hearing, it was decided to release the Polat family from this case. The family will remain in custody on other charges. After the case, Banu Parlak made a statement without delay.

Banu Parlak, who withdrew her complaint from the Polat family in the past months, did not neglect to support the defendants at the hearing. Posting a video on her Instagram account after the hearing, Banu Parlak said, “They released Uncle Dilan, Engin and Sezgin, that is, they released them. Those who shot the other shop are under arrest. I am very happy.”

ENGİN POLAT REQUESTED HIS RELEASE

The court announced its interim decision in the case where Dilan, Engin and Sezgin Polat were tried regarding the shooting of social media phenomenon Banu Parlak’s beauty center. The judge decided to release the Polats in the case where they were tried for ‘incitement’. Engin Polat said at the hearing, “We have been detained innocently and innocently for 9 months. We are looking for justice. We are looking for justice, but we cannot find it. I want my release.” At the hearing, the public prosecutor requested the continuation of detention. Announcing his interim decision, the judge decided to release Dilan, Engin and Sezgin Polat on the charge of “instigation”. The hearing was postponed to correct the deficiencies. On the other hand, it was learned that the Polat couple will continue to be detained within the scope of the investigation carried out for ‘money laundering’.
