PKS is predicted to join the coalition if invited directly by Prabowo

JAKARTA – Political observer Hendri Satrio predicts, Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) will immediately accept to join the government coalition Prabowo Subianto -Gibran Rakabuming Raka. This is if Prabowo is directly invited as President-elect.

“If PKS is invited, it is very possible to enter,” said the man who is familiarly called Hensat in a special People’s Voice dialogue entitled ‘Crowded Coalition of Countries Without Opposition’ which was broadcast by iNews, Tuesday (30/4/2024).

However, he admitted that he did not know whether PKS would quickly join the coalition or not. According to him, it all comes down to Prabowo as the figure who will embrace him.

“It seems that if in the end Pak Prabowo wants to embrace everyone, (PKS) will be invited,” he said.

Hensat also commented on the Gelora Party’s refusal to accept PKS from joining the Prabowo-Gibran government coalition. According to him, PKS will be much more useful for Prabowo in the future Parliament.

“We’re sorry, Gelora friends, for Pak Prabowo, PKS is more useful in parliament than Gelora. So if, for example, Pak Prabowo says, PKS just come in, Gelora will get angry and leave the coalition? That’s impossible,” he concluded. .
