At every march, the 2025 season of the Municipal Theater of Santiago continues, with a June marked by the recital of the Great Chilean pianist and winner of the National Music Prize President of the Republic, Edith Fischer, at 90.
As part of the cycle Pianists “Claudio Arru”Edith Fischer – who, by the way, was disciple of the national musician – will show his vitality interpreting the fantasy No. 3 in Re Menor, K. 397/385g, by Wa Mozart; Davidsbündlertanze (David’s Brotherhood Dances), Op. 6, by R. Schumann; and La Sonata for Piano No. 31 in the Mayor Bemol, Op. 110, of L. v. Beethoven. All in front of the brand new Steinway & Sons piano recently donated to the theater.
