Petropar announces that there will be no fuel price readjustment

“The most relevant thing and what is good news for us is that there will be no increases until at least the end of May,” he said.

Although this possibility had already been mentioned two weeks ago, this time the news is confirmed through Petropar purchases and the consolidation of the figures as the date approaches.

The state company had four consecutive losses between August and December of last year, with a total reduction of 1,200 guaraníes. On March 13, the first increase of the current administration occurred: 490 more guaraníes per liter of fuel and 200 more guaraníes per kilo for gas.

In the local market, Petropar, which competes with 22 distributors, claims to be at the top of the market in sales for the seventh consecutive month. In second and third place are two international brands.
