Petro de Luanda Wins Angola Cup

News from Angola – The Petro de Luanda team won this Sunday, the fourth Angola Cup trophy in football after beating Bravos do Maquis, 2-0, played at the Mangueiras stadium, in Saurimo (Lunda Sul).

The “tricolors” scored through Inácio Miguel (32′) and Juinho (62′).

The team led by Portuguese coach Alexandre Santos achieved the feat by winning the 15th title for the fourth consecutive year (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24).

With this triumph, the “oil workers” achieved the “double” of the season (Girabola and Angola Cup).

Therefore, Alexandre Santos ends his contract with the “catetão” club in an epic way.
