Persis Solo Takes Third Place in 2024 President’s Cup

Persis Solo emerged victorious in the third place match President’s Cup 2024. The positive result was achieved after the host defeated Football Association of Jakarta with a score of 1-0 at Manahan Stadium, Solo, Saturday (3/8/2024).

Actually, Persija had the opportunity to win the match, because they were able to control possession of the ball with a percentage of 67 percent compared to 33 percent. But in the end, effectiveness in front of the goal became one of the keys to Persis’ success in this match.
