Perfect Bread Omelette Sandwich for Breakfast, Recipe

Life Style: Bread omelette sandwich is one of the most popular Indian breakfast as well as street food. This is quite a simple recipe. This healthy breakfast sandwich is a comforting and filling breakfast to start the day with vegetables and protein.
Material
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes
¼ avocado
4 egg
salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli
2 tbsp oil
2 buns
Method
Break an egg in a bowl and add salt and red chilli flakes.
– Cut tomato and avocado into thin pieces.
– Grease a non-stick pan or an iron pan, pour the egg mixture on it and cook until it sets and becomes light brown on one side, turn it over and cook until the other side also becomes light brown.
– Take it out in a plate and make two omelettes in the same way and fold them in a triangle shape.
-Add washed arugula leaves to a bowl. Drizzle some olive oil and salt and mix well.
Now cut the buns into two parts. Toast the buns.
-Apply a thin layer of hung curd or mayonnaise on one side. -Apply a layer of chopped tomatoes on the bread.
Place the folded omelette on top of it. Next add chopped avocado and seasoned arugula.
– Place another bread slice on top and press lightly while cutting the edges of the bread.
– Serve with a hot cup of ginger tea.
