All the manufacturing of the 1320 MW thermal energy plant at Payra in Patuakhali has been stopped. The manufacturing of the primary unit (660 MW) of this plant was once stopped within the early hours of Monday (16 December). Previous, the ability era of the second one unit of the middle was once stopped from November 9 for upkeep.
Payra plant was once close down for set up of transmission strains to convey the 1320 MW energy plant at Patuakhali into manufacturing. It is going to be restarted after seven days.
In line with energy plant assets, the development paintings of 1320 MW thermal energy plant is happening in Patuakhali subsequent to Payra. This middle will come into manufacturing on an experimental foundation in January. Because of this, electrical energy manufacturing was once stopped in Payara for the road out and in of the switching level of the middle in-built Amtali upazila.

And the day before today, underneath the route of PDB, the ability era of the primary unit was once stopped. After seven days, energy era will resume from our plant.
Ashraf Uddin, Supervising Engineer of Patuakhali 1320 MW Thermal Energy Plant, stated that all of the works together with the development of our switching level were finished. If all is going neatly, we will be able to cross into trial manufacturing in early January.
