It is said that Parsyan has warm relations with the Russian ambassador to Armenia, he often meets with him and makes active efforts to open the Russian consulate in Kapan by the end of the year, which was also reported by the Russian embassy in Armenia the other day.
According to our source, the Foreign Ministry warned the community head several times to coordinate everything with them, especially foreign visits, to guide him on what to say and what to do, but Parsyan replied that he considered it necessary to inform about his steps only as a matter of information. .
Recently, he went to Iran, without informing, to participate in some kind of exhibition, which is the cause of this conflict. We wrote that during his visit to Kapan last week, Parsyan did not meet Pashinyan either, he did not participate in the sessions of the regional council, he sent his deputy for a long time, he only started appearing recently, when criminal proceedings were initiated in the incident of a fight with the patrolmen involving his brother and his friend.
Parsyan’s independence irritated the authorities, the law enforcement officers began to take an interest in him.
