Past due Rabindra Musician Papia Saroya receiving ‘Rabindra Padak’ as a posthumous honour. The medal can be passed over to Papia Sarwar’s circle of relatives on the forty third annual consultation of the Nationwide Rabindra Sangeet Sammilan Parishad to be held at Chayanaut Sanskarti Bhavan auditorium in Dhanmondi, capital.
The forty third annual consultation of the Nationwide Rabindra Sangeet Sammilan Parishad can be hung on January 23, 24 and 25. Musician Papia Sarwar’s reminiscence can be remembered on this three-day convention. A unique award can be given. Well-known artist Rafiqun Nabi would be the leader visitor on this match.
Rabindra Sangeet artist Fahmida Khatun will inaugurate the convention. Greater than 5 hundred artists, cultural employees and organizers will take part on this match.
By the way, Papia Sarwar used to be born in Barisal, on 21 November 1952. He used to be interested in track since youth. In 1966, Chayante took musical initiation from Wahidul Haque, Sanjeeda Khatun and Zahedur Rahim and later at Bulbul Lalitkala Academy.
Because of his weak spot for track, he studied Rabindra Sangeet at Visva Bharati College in Santiniketan in 1973 on a scholarship from the Govt of India.
In 1996, he based a making a song staff known as ‘Geetsudha’. He has a lot of albums. His luck may be in trendy track. Guni, a musical persona, used to be awarded the Ekushey Medal for his particular contribution to track.
