– 1 cup leftover lentils
– 1/3 cup finely chopped carrots
– 1/2 gram flour
– 1 tablespoon corn flour
– 1 tablespoon jowar flour
– 1 tablespoon semolina
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup water
– finely chopped coriander
– pan

-Take out the remaining pulses in a vessel. You can take dal tadka, palak dal, chana dal, toor dal whatever is left.
– Mix carrot, gram flour, corn flour, jowar flour and semolina in the dal.
Then add salt to it and mix well.
– If the mixture is too thick then add some water to it.
Then add green coriander to it and mix well and prepare the mixture.
– Grease the cookie cutter from inside with oil.
– Keep the pan on medium flame. Apply some oil on it.
After this, place cookie cutters on the pan and put a spoonful of mixture inside them.
– After cooking for 2-3 minutes, take out the cookie cutter and turn the pancake and bake it.
Cook well from both sides and take out in a plate.
Similarly, make pancakes from the remaining mixture.
– Serve these pancakes with ketchup or sweet chutney to children.
