Former Prime Minister of Pakistan and Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) chief Nawaz Sharif filed a petition in an Islamabad court on Tuesday for acquittal in the Toshakhana corruption case. Government news agency PTI quoted ‘The Express Tribune’ newspaper as saying that Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer Rana Muhammad Arif Khan filed a petition in the case.
