More than 27,000 public employees and pensioners in Minas Gerais could have their payments suspended for failing to complete the social security census of the State Institute of Public Employees of Minas Gerais (Ipsemg). The list with all the names released this Monday (15/1).
The list was also published on Saturday (13/1) in the Official Gazette of the State of Minas Gerais. In total, there are 27,648 names of those inactive or preliminarily removed from the Executive of the State of Minas Gerais and 3,719 Ipsemg pensioners.

The Social Security Census of the Social Security Scheme (RPPS-MG) is a mandatory procedure for updating the personal, functional and financial database of the Social Security Scheme (RPPS).
Ipsemg carried out the census between June and December 2023, in three phases of calling to serve the estimated audience.
The system will be available to regularize registration until February 14th.

Suspension of benefit
The Census system will be available until 02/14/2024 to regularize the situation.
After this date, a new notice will be published with the list of names who do not meet the requirements and will in fact see the benefits suspended in February and will be paid in March 2024.
The beneficiary will have the benefit reinstated after regularizing the situation.
Ipsemg underlines that with the suspension of pension or retirement payments, the Ipsemg healthcare contribution deducted from the pay slip by those who have signed up to the service cannot be made, causing the impediment to the use of the services of the healthcare network in any way .
