Faced with the challenges of many students to access higher education, the École normale supérieure in educational sciences and school administration (ENS Seas) of Toamasina innovates by launching a distance learning program. This initiative aims to make education accessible to those who are distant geographically or lack time. In a world where technology has become inseparable from our daily life, this distance training offers a modern and flexible solution. It adapts to the needs of students and professionals in activity, allowing them to continue their studies without constraints of travel. According to Dr. Wenceslas Toto Ludovick, the main coordinator of the establishment, this training is distinguished by rigorous academic follow-up provided by experienced teacher-researchers. The objective is to allow learners to progress to the doctorate with an approach both academic and professional.
