The Housing Allowance is a welfare rent subsidy program granted by OPEKA to households that rent their main residence, after submitting an online application, and lasts for six months. After the six months have passed, the beneficiary can reapply for membership. The allowance has a maximum limit of 210 euros per month, regardless of the composition of the household, while it is granted based on income, property and residence criteria.
