The Moroccan singer, Umm Al-Ghaith Al-Sahrawi, artistically known by the nickname “Oum”, landed in the capital, Rabat, to open an artistic tour with her new album, for which she chose the title “Dakshi”, and it is the seventh in her artistic career that extends for years, through which she was able to imprint her name on the Moroccan artistic scene. The singer Oum revealed, in a statement to the electronic newspaper Hespress, that this artistic tour represents a new return for her to Morocco after an absence, and to the stage, herself, and her fans who admired her previous albums, expressing her great happiness in hugging her fans at the Mohammed V Theater in Rabat, and at another evening in Casablanca.
The same speaker added that she had previously performed two artistic evenings in Paris, but her concerts in Morocco will constitute a launch for her and the opening of a tour that will lead her to a group of European countries.
In her statement to Hespress, Oum highlighted that she does not feel that the music she presents is followed only by a certain group of young people, adding that she has an audience of all ages, but the presence of young people is a source of joy and happiness for her, because they are energy and an indicator of life and vitality in the cultures of countries and peoples. .
Regarding the words that permeate her singing works, the Moroccan artist said that she speaks dialect in her works and uses Moroccan meanings and sayings that everyone understands, noting that music brings people together and unites them, regardless of their age.
In another context, Umm Al-Ghaith said that she is preparing for new artistic projects that will see the light in the fall of next year, but before that she will focus on her artistic tours with the “Dakshi” album and her previous works.
