The Minister also took the time to answer the recommendations and questions of the Academy’s staff, lecturers, and students, suggesting solutions. Affirming that digital technology has a great impact on training, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung said that the Academy has a chance to break through and overcome changes in rankings.
