The Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province imposed an administrative penalty on Mr. VHD (born 2001, in Cam Nam ward, Hoi An city, Quang Nam) for administrative violations for not complying with the military call-up (not present at the correct time and location) according to the 2024 military call-up of the Commander of the Hoi An City Military Command.

Mr. VHD violated the regulations in Clause 9, Article 1 of Decree No. 37/2022/ND-CP dated June 6, 2022 of the Government (amended Clause 3, Article 7 of Decree No. 120/2013/NDCP dated October 9 /2013 of the Government).

For the above behavior, Mr. VHD was subject to a fine of 62.5 million VND.

In addition, Mr. VHD was forced to perform military service according to regulations.

In the 2024 military enlistment, Quang Nam province has more than 2,500 young people; including 2,550 male citizens and 4 female citizens set out to perform their sacred duty to the Fatherland.

On the same day, information from the People’s Committee of Ha Tinh province also said that this agency had just issued a decision to sanction administrative violations in the amount of 72.5 million VND for citizen BDL (born 2000, residing in Dau Lieu ward, Hong Linh town) for not complying with the military call-up.

At the same time, BDL citizens are forced to comply with the remedial measure of performing military service according to the provisions of law.
