The lawyer, a human rights defender, published videos and photographs on her social networks where you can see the aforementioned tunnels in “the 14th Mechanized Infantry Brigade in Barquisimeto, Lara state, measuring 157 meters long and 8 meters underground.

Suju noted that the tunnels were built for “to house the heads of the high command of each state”as is the case of the commands of the Comprehensive Defense Operational Zones and Comprehensive Defense Strategic Regions, up to officers with the rank of lieutenant colonel.

In addition, according to the lawyer, the tunnels are also intended to store weapons, military material and equipment.

According to the Venezuelan lawyer, the order to build the bunkers was given by the deceased Hugo Chavez in 2011 and continues today. He also noted that “There are other tunnels located in Fuerte Tiuna (headquarters of the Ministry of Defense), in the General Command of the Army, in the Caracas Battalion, in the Villa Alba Urbanization and under the Infantry Corps.”
