The way of the convergence between SYRIZA and PASOK have entered the Syriza debate for good – and, in addition to a wave of controversy, they also brought Stefanos Kasselakis’ first change of course regarding the third party. The president of SYRIZA, one day before the crucial first meeting of the parliamentary group after Sunday’s result, extended a hand of cooperation to PASOK at the level of parliamentary initiatives: “I publicly invite both groups to cooperate on legislative proposals if the they wish I think the PASOK leadership knows how to communicate with my office”, he said (“Parapolitika fm”), emphasizing that he is talking about “the part of the convergences at the programmatic level, at the parliamentary level”.
